I had a pleasant stay, experiencing spacious accommodations and a delightful breakfast with plenty of options. I faced some discomfort due to a malfunctioning air conditioning system, which impacted my overall experience. Still, it's a solid choice for families, thanks to the welcoming staff and convenient location.

Luxurious lobby reveals attention to detail with elegant decor. Dining room offers stunning views over Kensington Gardens, providing a nice atmosphere to unwind after a long day.
The central air conditioning unit in the room roars loudly, making it difficult to enjoy peace while resting. I encountered issues with the keycard not working on two occasions, requiring a trip back to reception, which broke the flow of my stay. The overpriced piano bar blasts crass late-night entertainment, ruining the tranquility expected at a place like this. there were signs of dust in the minibar area, hinting at a slip in housekeeping standards that shouldn't happen at a five-star establishment.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We enjoyed visiting the Royal Albert Hall and taking a stroll through Kensington Palace Gardens. The location was spot on, and our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely a solid choice if you want to be in the heart of it all!
Only downside was some lingering food smells on the 10th floor from the restaurant. It was a bit overwhelming when entering our room, so I'd recommend avoiding those upper floor rooms.

I had an amazing stay with my family, especially when the restaurant surprised us with a delicious birthday cake for the kids. The spa offered an incredible full body massage and a soothing facial, which really helped us unwind. Just a heads-up, the elevators were a bit slow, but that didn't take away from our great experience! 🎉

The Royal provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The team was attentive, ensuring that all my business needs were met promptly. My Deluxe Double room was well appointed, featuring efficient workspaces and a comfortable king-size bed, which contributed greatly to a productive visit. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, including freshly baked pastries and a selection of organic juices, making it an excellent start to my day.
No significant drawbacks were encountered during my stay.

The Royal Garden Hotel provided a great stay, particularly due to its spacious public areas and cleanliness. I felt welcomed by the friendly staff, especially when they arranged a quick check-in during my arrival. The breakfast spread was impressive, loaded with fresh fruits and tasty smoothies. My room was on the smaller side, a bit more cramped than expected, and the carpets could use a refresh. The elevator availability sometimes posed a challenge as well. the location next to Kensington Gardens was a definite plus. I could easily stroll through the park, adding a pleasant touch to my trip. it’s worth noting that some staff seemed indifferent, which left me feeling a tad overlooked at times. Room service was efficient, but I wish there were more vegetarian options available. I'd suggest they work on the noise control and enhance the room features for a truly top-tier stay.
